Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to destinations where the purchase, import, or possession of a given compound is restricted or prohibited. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify legality in their jurisdiction before ordering.
Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping costs, subject to inspection. Contact us to initiate a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damaged or incorrect shipment so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
